Overview: The Behavior Analyst is responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for patients. This role includes leading, supervising, and supporting a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure successful delivery of treatment and ongoing patient progress. What you will be doing: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans. Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans and their implementation. Conduct regular supervision of patients within your caseload via in-person sessions or telehealth, as clinically recommended. Communicate program updates and changes to caregivers and the ABA team to ensure consistency in care. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed, based on treatment plans.
