We are currently partnering with our clients (a prestigious international hotel group) looking out for Guest Relations Ambassador for one of their quarantine stays project. Job Descriptions: Provide general support to Reception, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Department Perform check-ins and check-outs for guests Make and confirm reservations for room and meeting rooms. Arrange for guest transport, and meals according to dietary requirement, Attend to internal and external calls, enquiries via emails and phone on a timely basis Handle petty cash reimbursements Manage guests’ accounts and information, and room availability in the system. Receive and convey messages to guests promptly. Handle goods delivery for guest, appointment and meeting room requirement.
