The successful applicant will: Have TESOL qualifications Show strong communication skills to work effectively across teaching teams Work alongside Directors of Wellbeing, Leader of Learning Coordinators, subject teachers and EAL/D team members to support the holistic learning of the EAL/D students in the College. Work in partnership with existing EAL/D staff to case manage students with EAL/D backgrounds, including new arrival students Collaborate with teachers to assist EAL/D students to learn effectively by focusing on the English demands in lessons. This may include but not be limited to providing co-planning additional resources, visual templates, glossaries etc to aid learning.
