Position Summary This position is very important to the Sales and Customer Care teams. They need someone who can fulfill the reporting and data crunching responsibilities. They need someone to have strong excel skills and be able to take requests for data and help identify trends as well as put together a storyline of the data for senior leadership presentations. This person will also work with Engineering and Quality so I need to be able to work across different teams and personalities. The data is related to patients: retention rates, customer satisfaction surveys, basic data trends- like call types and different types of alerts that patients could get in their data and then this person is to be telling a story. In addition to this, at times, they need to be able to adapt to a very quick turnaround need (I need this data for a meeting this afternoon)- They will need to be resourceful and make sure to get it done with quick turnaround time. Official Job Description: * Manage multiple routine data reports, ensuring that they are produced and reviewed in a timely manner. * Create unique reports on requests from management. * Obtain and process the data (acquiring data from multiple sources, processing to remove duplicate records, outlines, etc.) with high attention to detail to ensure data quality. * Ensure that prepared data is accurate and complete. * Use data to create presentations for upper management. * Makes decisions around what is relevant vs. noise around the data, and recommendations for future analysis.
