ABOUT THE ROLE: Summary of the role: This Patient Services role in our main reception area has an opportunity for a highly motivated administrative officer who has sound communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus in customer service and demonstrates the Mercy Values. This permanent part time reception position is on level 1 main reception Shifts - week 1 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; week 2 Friday Hours are 645 - 1500 Primary Purpose is to provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors and staff; sort and balance mail, switchboard, call emergency codes, on-call rostering, data entry such as patient details and general clerical duties Ability to cover additional shifts is preferred ABOUT YOU: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Accurate data entry with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to to productively learn and adapt to other...
