Position Function: The Interfraternity Council (IFC) Coordinator of Fraternity & Sorority Life is responsible for advising the IFC Council and its member organizations. The coordinator is supervised by the Associate Director of the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life and collaborates with the Director of Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life/Student Activities and other staff to provide guidance and support for the four governing councils and 36 fraternity and sorority chapters at MSU. Position Function: The Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life works collaboratively with a team to develop, implement, and evaluate educational, health, safety, and wellness initiatives for the fraternity and sorority community. Reporting to the Associate Director, the assistant director will lead member wellness initiatives in the fraternity and sorority community; advocate for policies and practices that address community well-being; support student success; and provide individual student services aimed at the fraternity and sorority community.
