Job Description* Will be main point of contact for all member interactions that come from e-mail, chat, and phone. Respond to member inquiries regarding hardware, software, apparel, deliveries, promotions, etc. Will utilize Salesforce. Must have proven customer experience in similar high volume roles. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be resourceful in troubleshooting customer issues.
