Job Description Sirius Support is looking for a number of Administrators to support our client on a temporary contract until the end of the year, you will be working with a friendly team and approachable team leaders. Location: Remote, however, inductions will take place in person Hours: 9am -5pm, Mon- Friday Duties: Data entry Data review Dealing with customer enquiries Reviewing inbound enquiries in Salesforce and assigning to members of the team for a follow-up call. Contacting inbound enquirers to clarify their needs. Booking appointments What we are looking for: Great timekeeping and reliability Excellent communication skills both written and oral A ‘can-do’ and proactive attitude Positive and enthusiastic people Strong problem-solving skills Travellers are welcome to apply for the role.
