Where you'll be working: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Waikato Hospital The details: Permanent full-time, 5 days, rostered and acute oncall roster (1.0 FTE) We are looking for a passionate Neonatologist to work in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, which has a total of 41 cots, including 17 intensive care, 12 intermediate care, and 12 low acuity care cots. You will enjoy working in a supportive team environment. Our neonatal team comprises 6 Senior Medical Officers, a Fellow, 7 Nurse Practitioners and about 10 advanced and basic trainees. The team works alongside our paediatric surgery colleagues to provide oversight to our tertiary level 3 neonatal intensive care unit, with regional responsibilities. Applicants will hold FRACP (Neonatal/Perinatal) or equivalent and be eligible for specialist registration in New Zealand.
