A Public Sector client of ours is looking for AV/Desktop Support Analyst to work on their ongoing project in Richmond, VA office. Below are the additional details of this role: Required Skills: We need a minimum of 7+Years hands on experience in the following. Ability to utilize troubleshooting tools and skills in managing and administering audio visual hardware and software, laptops, and wireless devices. Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Gmail, Mac & PC Audio/video editing software High Level of Customer Service Provide on-site and virtual technical support for VTC conference and other web conferencing platforms, troubleshooting of AV/VTC issues This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and open for anyone with valid work authorization in US.
