The Salesforce Platform Manager is responsible for understanding all aspects of Invitation Home’s use of the Salesforce platform for assigned business unit(s), including developing expertise in business workflow supported on the platform, monitoring data quality, and working with the business to plan, prioritize and implement system enhancements and net new features and functionality. In addition to the business-facing responsibilities, the Salesforce Platform Manager is expected to have detailed knowledge of the Salesforce platform to participate in “hands-on-keyboard” configuration, report and dashboard creation, and user administration.
