Employing around 9,000 people in the ASPAC region, we apply world's best practice, insights and technology across six key sectors: Citizen Services, Defence, Health, Immigration, Justice and Transport.

We prepare our financial reports to high standards, ensure that they are properly audited and seek to lodge them in compliance with the relevant requirements and in line with accounting standards.

Serco Group plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange and in accordance with its Rules, publishes Annual Reports and Accounts and Stock Exchange Announcements.

Our Asia Pacific division is made up of a number of companies.

In Australia, Serco operates as Serco Group Pty Limited, comprised of: Serco Australia Pty Limited and, Serco Traffic Camera Services (Vic) Pty Ltd. We seek to comply with the Corporations Act in providing special purpose financial reports to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

In New Zealand, we operate as Serco New Zealand Ltd. We seek to comply with the Financial Reporting Act in filing accounts with the Companies Office.

Serco operates in Hong Kong as Serco Group (HK) Limited, and in China as Serco Group Consultants (Shanghai) Ltd. Our annual financial reports are lodged with the HK Inland Revenue Department and in China to the Joint Annual Inspection Related Bureaus.
