My office – Nathan A. Corn, DDS – located in Franklin is looking for a full-time front office administrator. This position is requires someone who is comfortable handling all associated front office tasks. It is critical that the candidate be organized, solution-oriented and able to multitask. This person will solely handle the front office operations of a 1 Dr, 2 hygiene practice. This position is responsible for maintaining the schedule, overseeing all insurance and billing operations, and helping deliver a great patient experience. Knowledge of PPO and Indiana HIP plans will be beneficial. Excellent patient communication and phone skills is a must. Dental experience is not necessary. Our current front office administrator will be present to help train the right candidate in our systems before she leaves to stay at home with her kids. Our office offers family friendly hours – Monday thru Thursday 8 am to 4 pm. No Fridays. No late evenings. 401k with match and profit share....
