Who We’re Looking For Our client is seeking an experienced Platform or Product Lead to join their Digital Technology Services Program. Collaborating with executive stakeholders, you will help refine the Enterprise Service Management roadmap and lead cross-functional teams in delivering outputs and achieving business benefits. Reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will be responsible for maximizing the value and sustainability of the ServiceNow platform while serving as a trusted advisor to the business. This is a daily rate contract until the end of 2024 with the opportunity based in Newcastle that can also offer a hybrid work-from-home set-up.
