About the Role

An Institute of Data Operations Coordinator is an exciting  role that will see you working across all divisions to drive continuous improvement, collaborate with managers and scale new processes. You will enjoy the opportunities of a high growth environment in an industry and educational setting. The position works across all teams in admissions, marketing, student experience, campus management, course production, student outcomes and finance.


The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the following:

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational opportunities. Support the Operations Manager with the delivery of new initiatives to provide a top-notch experience for our students
  • Be a critical point of contact that coordinates across global and regional teams to deliver value for students
  • Understand business goals and objectives
  • Identify and prioritise problems that are in the way of achieving business goals and objectives 
  • Present solution options to problems by coming up with ideas, consulting with stakeholders and researching best practice
  • Understand and be able to communicate the risks associated with problems and solutions
  • Get hands on to fix problems and implement solutions 
  • Identify local product needs and work with teams to implement improvements
  • Build and develop positive relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, admissions, student services, finance, HR, etc.)

Skills & Experience

  • Experienced and effective at communicating across teams and departments in a manner that supports effective feedback and reporting.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and creative, able to problem solve and think constructively with a solution focussed mindset.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Business administration experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and to self-motivate
  • Competent using Google Workspace applications, particularly Google Sheets
  • Experience using Hubspot, Zoom, Slack preferred
