Job Description

The marketing technology team sits at the heart of NTUC Centre of Excellence to drive marketing automation and personalization for all NTUC social enterprises.The team exists to build a proprietary campaign management system to automate the digital marketing operations and personalize the ad delivered to individual customer on both owned media and external media such as Google and Facebook. The system is powered by Python, connecting open source software, vendors, in-house backend and adnetworks via API, and driven by rule system and machine learning model. We aim to take away all the heavy-lifting and repetitive operation from marketers and let them focus on the real marketing - innovation, customer journey and creatives. We believe marketing should be treated and built like a product, driven by data in an automated fashion and always be relevant to customers.

As part of NTUC enterprise’s martech team, you will play an integral role for the creative excellence strategy. You will be the expert who understands and utilizes scripting languages(such as Python and Javascript) and various creative spec(such as JPG, MOV, MPEG4, HTML, GIF, AMP interactive) to ensure our marketing creative is powered by the latest technology and automated with the highest efficiency. You will work closely with designers, marketing team and other engineers to semi-automate creative generation process for regular creative refresh to ensure new creative ideas is always implemented and fully automated creative generation process for platforms that support dynamic creatives (such as Facebook and GDN). You will also work closely with marketing team on implementing visual interface for our pioneering prototype product.

  • CRM campaign support: Support the implementation of various layout and visual effect for eDM and web/app push notification mark
  • Automation: Automate the marketing creative generation/refresh process across static image, GIF, video and HTML5 by using scripting language, API and various technology to ensure high turnover rate of marketing creative
  • Dynamic creative implementation and optimization: Build and optimize dynamic creatives across various marketing channels with the required spec and workable technology (such as AMP powered interactive email, Facebook dynamic product ad optimization, interactive GDN ads)
  • Micro product development: Design and implement the visual user interface for prototype, such as chat/voice visual interface, micro social media app user interface


  • Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript are must. Experience in Python is a plus
  • Passionate in solving marketing problems is a must
  • Experience in Google web designer is a must
  • Experience in using video tool(such as Adobe after effect or any online video tool) to build video is a must, experience in video API(such as Rocketium and Adobe after effect API) to automate video creation is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing/creative design or front-end product development is highly preferred
  • Detail oriented, Positive mind set with a can-do attitude and solution focused approach
