About the Role:

Build relationships with regional technical schools by scheduling campus visits, attending career fairs, and meeting with students and faculty. Work to build a recruiting and internship strategy for entry-level technical positions for various clients. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions in the manufacturing and IT sectors. Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals. Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience. Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Work from home, but must be available to visit regional technical schools, attend career fairs, and meet with students and faculty.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (preferred but not required).


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the manufacturing and IT industries.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using ATS, recruitment software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
