Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Electrical Automation Engineer, You will develop electrical and software solutions that meet customer requirements and adhere to relevant standards.
  • Deliver electrical design and software on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards following the company’s project model.
  • Participate in testing and certifications to ensure systems function as expected.
  • Provide technical assistance across all stages related to control systems, including sales, manufacturing, and service.
  • Create and manage electrical designs and BOMs based on customer orders and specific project requirements.
  • Assist Automation manufacturing with diagnosing and solving production bottlenecks, ensuring product design maximizes production efficiency.
  • Maintain and update project-specific documentation, ensuring it aligns with the company’s Automation project models and standards.
  • Provide Automation troubleshooting and support for service technicians and customers, focusing on service, spare parts, and retrofit projects.
  • Offer Electrical & Automated solutions to enhance processes and improve efficiency throughout the production and service operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience managing engineering projects and using application software (e.g., Siemens TIA, Rockwell, ABB) and electrical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, PCSCHEMATIC, E-PLAN).

  • Advanced knowledge of electrical design and application software tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, departments, and regions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage projects independently, even in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
