Position Overview:
- Finance Manager: Assist the Executive team and Management with strategic analysis and structuring of potential investments and business opportunities. You will evaluate the financial performance of the Group’s diverse business units and create comprehensive reports to aid the Executive team’s strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the Group’s tax strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader financial objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Finance Officer: Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts receivable and payable, prepare financial reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations and support financial planning initiatives.
- Accountant: Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, manage tax matters, and reconcile balance sheets. Support insurance renewals, maintain asset registers, and generate financial reports. Help with budgeting, invoicing, and financial data analysis. Provide support with invoice coding, bank reconciliations, month-end processes, and CAPEX worksheets, along with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Finance Manager: Proven experience in financial management, strong leadership skills, and a relevant degree or certification. Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Finance Officer: Experience in financial operations or accounting, strong organisational skills, and a relevant degree or certification (desirable, not essential). Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
- Accountant: Experience in accounting or finance, attention to detail, and a relevant degree or certification. Familiarity with accounting software and financial regulations.
