In this position, you will be responsible for making field decisions regarding the placement and documentation of control and topographic points. You will exhibit proficiency in utilizing various Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers and methodologies to determine mapping and survey-grade point locations. Additionally, you will engage in the electronic downloading and editing of survey data using the Department of Transportation's Computer Aided Drafting and Design System (CADD). Moreover, you will document survey data through data collectors, survey controllers, or field notes, and perform computations involving mathematics, trigonometry, algebra, and geometry.
