Job Description ::

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team at our client's Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. Your primary role will be to oversee the technical aspects of our SaaS implementations, mainly involving Salesforce integrations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in solution design sessions to ensure cost-effective, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements for projects and enhancements.
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions, proposing and articulating design options.
• Ensure alignment of technical requirements with customer needs, performance goals, and strategy.
• Review and oversee technical deliverables, ensuring quality, traceability, and adherence to security standards.
• Provide technical leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and setting best practices.

Salesforce

• Strong knowledge and experience with Service Cloud and full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints.
• Advanced skills in APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, and relational database concepts.
• Proven success with Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.
• Understanding of web services for enterprise data integration with Salesforce.
• Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, systems integrations, and custom development.

Qualifications

• Salesforce: 5+ years leading Enterprise implementations, including experience with SFDX and Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Azure DevOps: Expertise in best practices, with knowledge of Azure Licensing and Costing as a plus.
• CRM/ERP Implementations: Led two or more full lifecycle projects, with exposure to data migration, cloud integration, and technical workstreams.
• Technology Stack: Proficient in SQL, PowerBI, C#, .Net framework, and experience with Visual Studio Team Services and LifeCycle Services.
• MS Dynamics 365: Exposure is a plus.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect, Application Architect, Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Compliance: Understanding of governmental or public sector security and compliance requirements.
