The Infrastructure Technician completes key, nondiscretionary tasks associated with project onboarding and completion. These tasks include Domain Transfers, Journaling setup on purchased email systems, User account and mailbox setup, legacy email ingestion to enterprise archive solution, and M365 Tenant Deletion. The role reports to the Manager of Infrastructure Engineering and functions as a member of the Engineering and Implementations team within M&A Integration. This role is responsible for timeliness and quality of infrastructure integration activities. The successful candidate will have broad, general IT knowledge and can focus on high quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities Onboarding Tasks - Configure journaling in acquired agencies mail system as assigned. Facilitate the transfer of purchased domains, working closely with MAI resources and HUB's domain registrar with high quality and precision, preventing any potential interruption to business.
- Ingest PST copies of agencies legacy mail as assigned at the end of integration project activities per the established documented procedures.
- Remove all data, licenses, and dependencies from M365 tenants and deleting the M365 tenant within a specified timeframe. Quality and Documentation.
- Ensure delivery, quality, and continual improvement of assigned infrastructure integration responsibilities.
- Ensure integration task work is properly documented and maintained in a content management repository.
- Consistently follow established procedures with peak quality for all assigned tasks.

- Fulfill additional duties as required.
Key Success Measurements - Executing successful integration tasks across the entire M&A portfolio. Completing assigned work within the timelines set forth by the integration project team.
Qualifications Well-grounded in technology and has a solid understanding of infrastructure conversions, specific experience includes:
- 3 years of experience in technology delivery execution roles with emphasis on infrastructure.
- Familiarity of common change control processes.
- Demonstratable understanding of DNS records and DNS functionality.
- Working knowledge with the following technology domains: email/messaging, Windows desktop, Exchange On-Premise, O365, and cloud (AWS preferred), Domain Registrars.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, ADFS, and Office 365 technologies.
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Authorized to work in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
- Ability to work off hours.

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $70k to $85k and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
