About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor at TPW, you’ll play a critical role in our project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure financial efficiency and quality outcomes. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the New Zealand construction industry. • Expertise: Strong understanding of New Zealand building codes, standards, and cost management practices. • Detail-oriented: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate budgets and forecasts. • Team player: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors. • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in construction management software and spreadsheets. • Eligibility: Currently residing in New Zealand and legally able to work here.
