Standard Locknut LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Western U.S. and Western Canada. This critical role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong customer relationships while managing and developing a high-performing sales team.   • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet regional revenue goals, drive market growth, and adjust plans based on performance data and market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team through coaching, evaluations, and goal-setting to achieve outstanding results.
  • Client Management: Build strong client relationships, address issues promptly, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competition, and opportunities to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and customer service to align initiatives and support sales efforts.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver sales forecasts, track team metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the industrial or manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
