Regional Brand Manager – Mideast (Hybrid: SalonCentric & StateRDA)

The Regional Brand Manager for the Mideast oversees Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, Kentucky, and Michigan. This hybrid role dedicates priority of its efforts to gain new business while managing Key Accounts and distributor partnerships with SalonCentric and StateRDA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

Focus on acquiring new accounts in untapped and high-potential markets.

  • Leverage data and insights to identify high-potential markets and develop a comprehensive strategy to expand the brand's presence.

2. Distributor Partnership Management:

  • Collaborate closely with SalonCentric and StateRDA representatives to align initiatives and optimize growth opportunities.
  • Conduct joint training sessions, promotions, and account visits to strengthen partnerships.

3. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Leverage KPIs to track and refine sales strategies.
  • Balance time effectively between developing new business and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to optimize results.

4. Educational and Training Initiatives:

  • Organize impactful educational events that address the needs of both distributors and salon accounts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

5. Market Analysis and Competitive Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Implement innovative strategies to overcome challenges.

6. Account Support and Retention:

  • Provide hands-on support to key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
  • Foster strong relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions.

7. Administrative Excellence and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, account progress, and performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership with regular updates, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

8. Social Media & Communication Skills

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms to engage with customers, promote brand awareness and communicate effectively with salons through posts, direct messages and professional content creation.

Travel Requirements:

· Extensive travel is required across the Mideast region, including overnight stays.

· Fieldwork constitutes up to 75% of the role.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience in the beauty or related industry.

· Strong ability to manage multi-faceted territories with complex account needs.

· Licensed cosmetologist preferred but not required.

· Proven success in competitive markets with measurable growth results.

· Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
