Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven marketer with a strong background in social media management and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence, generating leads, and increasing client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) to showcase our work and engage our audience.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that align with our brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan and implement paid social media and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns to keep clients informed and engaged with our services.
- Website Management: Ensure our website is updated, optimized for SEO, and effectively communicates our brand message.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with local real estate agents and businesses to expand our network and generate referrals.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a social media manager, digital marketer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Strong design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and CRM systems is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a results-oriented approach.
- Passion for home staging, interior design, or real estate is a bonus.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay: $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
