The Civil and Environmental Engineering in The Grainger College of Engineering seeks applicants for Assistant Director of Alumni and Career Services position. This position is responsible for providing leadership to build strong positive relationships between the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) and its students, alumni, and friends. Plan, coordinate, publicize, and staff various alumni and student-related events and programs. Support planning, coordination, staffing, and logistics of departmental events including but not limited to award ceremonies, research workshops, meetings with industry partners, advisory board meetings, and career fairs.

APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
This is a full-time Civil Service Program Coordinator position appointed on a 12-month service basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the closing date. The budgeted salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. This position will be expected to work at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus on a full-time basis per the University’s Workplace Flexibility policy. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
