Customer Support Specialist:
The Support Team is a very valuable part of the company and our direct contact with users of the software. Don't worry, you don't need programming or IT knowledge for this job, most tasks are trained onsite. Support Team members work between our Development Team and our users to ensure that any new software meets our strict quality standards. Members of the Support Team take the insight they receive while answering questions to drive our development agenda and make sure that new features meet user expectations.

This is a full-time in-person position. Successful candidates will be in the office during the day. Some nights and weekends may be required, but are worked from home and are typically coveted among the staff due to their easy-going/on call nature.
