Senior Business Support Officer - Hills and Fleurieu Landscape Board

As a Senior Business Support Officer you will:

  • Provide accurate and timely administrative and project support.
  • Undertake executive support as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage fleet vehicles including booking, servicing and maintaining registers.
  • Provide professional customer service to members of the public, stakeholders and employees.
  • Review, identify and help implement efficiency and process improvements.

About you

  • You have experience providing professional and timely administrative and business support.
  • You understand business processes and associated systems.
  • You have experience developing and preparing briefings, presentation, reports and meeting papers.
  • You are able to work autonomously, independently and as part of a team.
  • You work collaboratively and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • You have a thorough grasp of and experience using the Microsoft Suite of software applications.

The details

  • One full-time (37.5 hrs/per week), ASO4 Senior Business Support Officer
  • Term position to 31 December 2025, available immediately.
  • Located in Mount Barker, South Australia

Requirements

  • National Police Check
  • Current class “C” driver’s license and willingness to drive is essential.
  • Australian residency or a current work permit.

Remuneration
Senior Business Support Officer (ASO4): $76,561 - $80,256 per annum.
