Position: Scheduler / Customer Support Specialist Location: Clackamas, OR 97015 Pay: From $24 - $28 per hour, with opportunities for growth Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (No less than 40 hours per week) Who We Are: Opti Staffing is hiring for a Scheduler / Customer Support Specialist for a leading company offering high-quality products and services. With three retail locations in the Portland Metro area and a dedicated service and installation department, we are a busy and growing team. What You’ll Do: As the Scheduler / Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of the service and office team. You’ll manage the dispatching and scheduling for our field service technicians, ensuring efficient and accurate schedules. This fast-paced role requires multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
