The Employment team is one of the leading employment law practices in the UK and consistently top ranked by independent legal directories, we have more recognised experts in employment than any other UK firm. With over 180 lawyers, Lewis Silkin’s employment and immigration team offers an unrivalled service supporting clients, including many of the world’s leading businesses, on their HR, employment and immigration law needs domestically and internationally. Sitting within this division is Worksphere, a client facing practice that provides HR and Reward Consultancy and Employment Law Training. Our HR and Reward Consultancy and Pay Reporting practices have experienced significant growth, working with numerous large national and international employers across the UK and Ireland. We provide comprehensive support for all aspects of pay gap reporting and assist multinational employers with projects related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Our HR Consultancy practice is supporting clients with comprehensive services in the people and culture arena, include providing culture reviews, which incorporate diagnostic activities where result analysis is crucial. About the role This new position will play a pivotal role in developing key client offerings in pay equity analysis and HR and Reward Consultancy services, supporting our continued growth and establishing our firm as a differentiated leader in the field. | |

About you You will have a professional manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have previous experience working within an office. You’ll have a flexible nature and will enjoy working within a fast-paced team, and will be highly organised. You’ll also possess strong numeracy and attention to detail skills, which will be key within this role.
