Description:

We are seeking a Principal Trainer (PT) with Epic Beaker experience who can also serve in an Analyst capacity to support our laboratory team. This is a hybrid role with a primary focus on training for system upgrades and laboratory staff, along with analyst support during non-training periods.

• Major Healthcare Client. 12+ months

• 100% remote

• Any time zone

• On call every 6 weeks

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training for multiple system upgrades throughout the year.

• Provide ongoing training and support to laboratory staff as needed.

• Build, test, and maintain the master training environment.

• Assist with curriculum development, training materials, and upgrade readiness.

• Support Epic Beaker configuration, testing, and troubleshooting as an analyst when not actively delivering training.

• Participate in on-call rotation approximately every 6 weeks.

• Collaborate with laboratory leadership to identify and address training and support gaps.

Experience Requirements:

Preferred Experience:

• Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) certification strongly preferred.

• Prior experience supporting general core lab workflows

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clinicians, lab staff, and IT teams.

• Positive personality, willing to help out wherever they can

Education Requirements:

B.S. degree in Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy, or similar fieldspreferred

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
