Position Title Part-Time Administrative Assistant, Cedar Bluff Learning Site Department EXTENDED CAMPUS PROGRAMS Position Category Staff Part Time Job Description
The Administrative Assistant PT-Cedar Bluff shall assist all Program Chairs and Directors, and Faculty/Staff located at the Cedar Bluff campus. The Administrative Assistant PT shall also manage Cedar Bluff extended site in the day-to-day operation and communication requirements during the evening and weekend operating hours and assist others as needed.

- associates degree, Preferred: *bachelors degree; and *experience in a comparable/complex office situation.

assists faculty with any changes in classroom technology and office equipment usage (projector, video, printer, etc.);

operates office machines, copy machine, scanner, and computer;

maintains strict confidentiality regarding University matters; and
Job Duty
perform other duties as assigned.
