Data Analyst - Full-time (FT) or Contract to Hire (CTH)
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team. Healthcare Analyst will leverage their business and technical knowledge to organize and manage deliverables in a data warehouse consolidation and business intelligence implementation project, while also working with business and technical teams to understand business strategy and objectives, gather information, and ensure business requirements are being fulfilled throughout the entire data & analytics lifecycle.

Ability to organize and lead business requirements gathering sessions and translate those requirements into technical specifications
Understanding of QA testing processes in a data warehouse environment
Ability to manage and lead team directives toward established goals
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or computer science related field preferred, but not necessary.
1+ years’ experience working in business facing role with experience gathering business requirements.
1+ years’ experience with healthcare quality (FHIR, HEDIS, Stars, etc) a plus
1+ years’ experience with SQL querying.
CQL/HL7 experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
Excellent Organizational skills.
All positions are Remote for the foreseeable future, but there is the potential to go back to the office in the future. If we were to return to the office this would consist of a consulting environment including working at client sites. Must have transportation to various sites within the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
Hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday. Specific business hours are dependent on client operating hours. This role allows for flexibility to work from home several days per week, dependent on client approval.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, library stacks, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with clients and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
