Creighton University is seeking to hire a Patient Care Coordinator for the fast paced environment in the School of Dentistry. The ideal candidate will be positive, motivated individual with excellent customer service, multi-tasking and computer skills. You will be working with adult students in their last 2 years of Dental School.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 12-month role; Usually Monday through Friday; 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Bilingual in English and Spanish languages preferred, but not required.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of related experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong knowledge of axiUm EHR system
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detailed, accurate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills.
Computer work that requires quick and accurate typing.
Knowledge of Office 365, including Word and Excel is a big plus.
Must be flexible and a team player.
Must have good attendance record.

Dental experience and terminology is a plus
