Overview:

A rapidly growing, multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations to join its executive leadership team.
This role will lead all financial operations while serving as a key partner to the CFO and executive team. You’ll play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, managing investor relationships, and supporting growth initiatives, including M&A.
This is a highly visible position with direct impact on the organization’s growth and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Investor Relations, including regular communication with investors, board members, and external stakeholders; prepare and present financial updates, performance insights, and strategic initiatives
Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and decision-making
Lead all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness
Support and execute M&A activity (due diligence, valuation, deal execution, and integration)
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital investments
Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external partners
Oversee treasury functions, cash flow, and capital allocation
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team
Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership within healthcare services
Background in investment banking, with healthcare transaction exposure preferred
Proven experience managing investor relations and working with boards, investors, or private equity stakeholders
Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement models, and operational metrics (value-based care experience a plus)
Proven experience leading M&A transactions end-to-end
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a private equity-backed or publicly traded healthcare organization
Exposure to healthcare technology and data analytics
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
