Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Processing Specialist to support our financing department. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient loan process by reviewing applications, preparing submissions, and coordinating with lending partners and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage a high volume of files, and has strong attention to detail. While experience in finance or lending is a plus, it is not required. This position is well-suited for someone who is reliable, process-driven, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

· Review loan applications submitted by the sales team for completeness and accuracy

· Pull and review client credit reports

· Prepare and submit loan applications to lending partners

· Track application progress and communicate with lenders regarding status and approvals

· Coordinate approved files and transition them to the closing team

· Maintain accurate and organized records of all loan files and documentation

· Perform data entry and ensure all information is entered correctly into internal systems

· Support the financing team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment

· Comfortable working with basic systems and data entry

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Experience in finance, lending, or loan processing is a plus, but not required
