We are seeking a dynamic, student-centered educational leader to serve as our Director of Student Services. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, this position provides districtwide leadership for Special Education, Instructional Support, Psychological Services, Gifted Education, Alternative Education, Section 504 Services, and English Language Learners (ELL). The Director of Student Services plays a key role in ensuring equitable access, high-quality programming, and meaningful outcomes for all learners.
The ideal candidate is an experienced instructional leader with strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills. This role requires the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams, oversee compliance and programming, support professional growth, and use data-driven decision-making to continuously improve student services. Working closely with district administrators, building leaders, staff, families, and community partners, the Director of Student Services helps foster a positive school climate and a culture of inclusion, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:
- Must have successful teaching experience and possess a Master's degree with Pennsylvania Administrative Certification.
- Must possess clearances as required by law.
- Must be a well-organized instructional leader with strong management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be knowledgeable of best practice in areas of curriculum, instruction and assessment relative to all Student Services areas.
- Must be able to assume administrative responsibilities during the day and evening.
