The Customer Relations Manager leads OEM customer programs from early development through launch and production. This role blends project management and account management, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution of timelines, deliverables, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
Lead OEM projects through full lifecycle: development, quoting, design, approval, launch, and production
Own timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables across long-cycle opportunities
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and project goals are met
Account Management
Serve as the main contact for assigned OEM customers
Build strong relationships through responsiveness and consistent communication
Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth
Commercial & Quoting Support
Support quote creation, pricing coordination, and opportunity progression
Partner with sales, procurement, and engineering to align execution with business goals
Manage changes, updates, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams
Facilitate communication and resolve issues across internal and external stakeholders
Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and pipeline activity

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
5+ years in project management, account management, or OEM customer-facing roles
Experience managing complex, long-cycle projects (OEM or manufacturing)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems Preferred Experience
Background in wire & cable, data centers, or custom manufacturing environments
Experience with OEM sales cycles, quoting, and production launch
Exposure to large-scale deals ($100K+) and pipeline management
Understanding of material pricing (copper/metal fluctuations)
