Café Irresistiblue is looking for a charismatic leader to manage the day to day running of our orchard café and attract, plan and coordinate customer events. 5 days, preferably Thursday to Monday, but including at least 1 weekend day 8.30am to 4.30pm some evenings Experience All FOH duties: greet and seat; till/payment operations; barista skills; bar/cocktail knowledge; kitchen pass control; table service. Staff management and training. POS and booking system changing/updating. Event/function organising and managing.
