Machine Operators

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating [Type of Machine: e.g., CNC, Injection Molder, Packaging Line]. You will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet exact specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.



salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

1. Technical Operation & Production

The operator "owns" the machine during their shift. This involves more than just pressing a button; it requires active monitoring of the equipment's "vital signs."

• Setup and Calibration: Adjusting machine settings (speed, temperature, pressure) based on specific job orders.
  
  
• Material Management: Ensuring the machine is constantly fed with the correct raw materials and removing finished goods.
  
  
• Monitoring Performance: Listening for unusual noises, feeling for excessive vibration, and watching for "drift" in production quality.
  
  
• Changeovers: Efficiently switching the machine configuration when moving from one product type to another to minimize "down-time."
