JOB REQUIREMENTS: Krones, Inc. is looking for multiple Life Cycle
Services Project Managers to provide clear communication and direction to field service personnel for all Krones Regional Service-related items and issues; ensure that field service personnel are responsive to customer needs while confirming field service personnel are projecting an image of quality and respect to the customer; communicate directly with Customers on all matters related to Krones Regional Service, including project scheduling, kick-off meetings, closeout meetings, machine or parts related problems, warranty questions/concerns, invoicing/money collection as well as resource scheduling conflicts to ensure Customer Satisfaction; assign a high priority to machine down\' events, and high profile requests from Customers; responsible for planned and unplanned service events, including customer interactions (calls, emails, open points etc.), down machines; call group meetings as needed to help drive outcome; oversee Service Level Agreements and maintenance activities; prepare service labor quotes and tech requests; remain onsite for projects closeout as needed; manage site acceptance test planning, audits & overhauls, manage down machine log, and customer satisfaction; process aftermarket complex customer projects with closer interaction to stakeholders; clarify complex incoming customer inquiries through consultation with others and onsite clarification as needed; coordinate best commercial, budget and technical solution that meets customer requirements; maintain close communication with technical departments and specialists; oversee customer timeline, budget and technical specifics of equipment and/or line; coordinate on time processing throughout entire project lifecycle; coordinate technical and process involvement with supply centers, 3rd party suppliers and OEMs; document project handover and acceptance; manage reclamations, claims and secure final payment; oversee budget and scheduling of orders; and, apply applicable safety standards. This position is a remote position based in Franklin, Wisconsin. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 3 (5 w/ a HS Diploma) years of experience in a mechanical or electrical leadership role structured around project management includes assessing and analyzing project situations; 3 (5 w/ a HS Diploma) years of experience with project scheduling software (Excel, MS Project, Power BI, Salesforce) and spreadsheet software, in a Windows environment; 3 (5 w/ a HS Diploma) years of experience reading blueprints, along with mechanical skills; 3 (5 w/ a HS Diploma) years of project lead experience in industrial maintenance; 3 (5 w/ a HS Diploma) years of experience reading and understanding Electrical and Mechanical drawings in the metric system; Ability to work remotely from anywhere in U.S. Ability to travel up to 45% international and domestic \*\** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: brenda.rodriguez@kronesusa.com
