We are hiring an AI Technical Business Analyst to join a high-performing AI pod focused on rapidly delivering conversational AI, agentic workflows, automation, and AI-driven system enhancements in a healthcare environment.

This is a technical, delivery-focused role, not a traditional business analyst position. The primary goal is to accelerate AI solution delivery by translating complex business needs into clear, testable, technically informed requirements that enable engineers to move quickly.

This role plays a critical part in helping the pod intake, define, track, and iterate on AI use cases at speed, while ensuring alignment with business value, safety, and compliance.

Skills and Requirements

  • Has a strong technical mindset, not just business analysis

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in technology delivery environments

  • Experience supporting fast-paced delivery teams

  • Hands-on experience using Jira for:

o backlog management

o user story creation

o tracking and organizing work

  • Understands how modern AI systems work (LLMs, RAG, agents, workflows)

  • Can translate ambiguity into clear, actionable, technically sound requirements

  • Experience developing AI-focused requiremernts & design support

  • Experience evaluating AI outputs across use cases

  • Experience working closely with AI & Platform engineering teams

  • Experience with Medicare or Health Insurance systems including HIPPA and data privacy
