Service Advisor / Automotive Administrator Geartech Automotive | Palmerston North Geartech Automotive is looking for an organised, friendly and motivated person to join our busy workshop team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for detail. Key responsibilities include: • Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service • Booking vehicles into the workshop • Organising and sourcing parts required for jobs • Preparing quotes for repairs and servicing • Invoicing completed work and taking payments • Helping keep workshop jobs running smoothly and efficiently What we’re looking for: • Previous experience as a Workshop Coordinator is essential • Great communication and people skills • Strong organisation and time management • Ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment • A positive attitude and willingness to learn • Computer confidence and attention to detail • Previous administration and customer service experience At Geartech Automotive, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship, honest service and a great team culture.
