Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Growing General Contracting and Remediation company is seeking a Part Time (15 hours) Administrative Assistant to support our growing business. This is a hybrid position that is flexible but does require some in-person office hours, particularly during the training period.

This is a position with a multitude of responsibilities to support the Operations Managers and the Business Administrator.

Some of your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Making and answering phone calls for business leads

- Assisting with Insurance Claims investigation and processing

- Advertising and sharing our presence on all aspects of social media

- Maintaining spreadsheets

- Maintaining Calendars & Scheduling appointments

- Attending Networking events (after initial training period)

- Maintaining databases and software systems such as Jobber, Xactmate, CrewCam

Job Requirements include the following:

- Highly organized – handle multiple responsibilities and multi-task

- Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal

- Thorough ability to manage multiple databases via software programs indicated under Responsibilities

- Self-Motivated, self-starter who takes initiative
