Why This Role Is Valuable
This role is located in Chicago. Responsible for Revantage HQ North American corporate office operations by maintaining office systems and supervising and directing activities of the office services teams including oversight of mail center, facilities maintenance, equipment inventory, furniture servicing and purchases, including department budget oversight. Additional responsibilities include the maintenance of facilities management software to ensure accurate space allocation and management of seating inventory. Assist with oversight of onsite teams and coordinate onsite corporate sponsored events. Oversees and directs the day-to-day office services and facilities management for Revantage North American locations, Chicago and Dallas.
How You Add Value
Manage and assign work, provide direction and feedback to onsite teams and vendors; manage food/beverage budgets weekly with monthly reviews with Finance business partners to maintain Office Services budget, review and approve all department invoices for processing.
Assist with preparation of annual budget for the department.
Lead weekly meetings related to the maintenance of the facility, emergency evacuation planning and documentation, and maintaining office food and supplies inventory within budget.
Oversee company evacuation planning and participating on the Crisis Management Team.
Coordinate with multiple departments across Revantage and other Portfolio Companies for execution of space, meeting and event requests to coordinate Office Services support.
Analyze space with regular walkthroughs to ensure ongoing maintenance issues are being completed and that the office space is properly maintained; review new products/services, continually evaluate cost effectiveness and determine ways to maximize services and minimize costs.
Maintain space plans, execute relocations and moves
Coordinate seating utilization reports in partnership with P&C for executive leadership
Oversee Corporate office construction projects
Liaison with the office of the building on a regular basis to maintain expected levels of service.
Work with Corporate Communications to provide facility specific communications to employees
Prepare and present site-specific space and facilities information to Executive leadership for decision making,
What You Bring To The Role
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 7 years experience in an office services role.
Minimum 5 years people management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
Required software, Excel and Word required.
Required skills Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills a must.
Base Compensation Range:
$90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation:
This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
