Program Assistant
Support the Directors of Youth/Arts and Adult Programs with day-to-day administrative and participant-facing work. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, tech-comfortable, and takes initiative.
Responsibilities
- Book and coordinate space for programs
- Enter new programs into our system and submit web update forms
- Maintain and update program schedules and internal program documents
- Manage rosters, waitlists, and registration changes
- Communicate with participants regarding program details, reminders, and follow-ups
- Answer participant questions about programs in a timely, helpful manner
- Support flyer creation and marketing communications
- Manage art submissions and correspondence with artists
- Research new program ideas and respond to incoming suggestions
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive
- Strong customer service skills and follow-through
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Outlook, Daxko, Eventbrite, and Canva
- Able to keep supervisors informed and flag issues early

Hours and Salary: 16 hours a week in person (two days/week), $20,000 per year.
