Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for reconciliation, analysis, reporting and compliance filing. Analyzes operations in order to ensure that all transactions are properly calculated and recorded in the general ledger.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise
Financial Analysis - operates independently and leads in the preparation of various financial analyses to support the company's decision-making process.
Budgeting - lead various components of the annual budgeting process.
Reporting - complete assigned financial reporting to help demonstrate operational performance.
Month End - operate independently to complete assigned portion of the month end close process, including variance analysis and identifying needs of necessary journal entries.
Communication - Work with other functions/departments to communicate results, gather information and provide general support. Have designated responsibility for supporting specific lines of business.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Skills : Experience using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, plan, coordinate, and organize multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Years of Experience : Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or finance in a healthcare environment.

Education : Master's Degree
