Concrete truck drivers

Higgins Concrete is an established ready mix concrete company with operations in Manawatu, Wairarapa, Wellington, Nelson, Taupo, Hawkes Bay, Central Hawkes Bay, Auckland and Tauranga. Our Hastings plant is currently seeking to employ an experienced Class 4 driver who is interested in learning Batching. The following skills and experience are required: * Current NZ Class 2 and 4 Drivers Licence * WTR licence an advantage * Strong communication skills and a strong customer service focus * Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic * Be physically fit and agile and healthy * Have a focus on Health and Safety * Be customer focused * Road Ranger experience is preferred * Training provided The Batcher assists with coordinating workflow and truck movements whilst also operating the plant to load the trucks. All we ask is for you to be able to communicate well, are willing to learn, show an interest in the construction industry or working with heavy vehicles and above all, have a great attitude and commitment in helping us to help you to shape your future.
