Transdev in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to bolster our team. This entry-level role requires knowledge in office administration, MS Office Suite, and other computer filing and reporting systems. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our maintenance department’s required reporting and administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This position is subject to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting is completed accurately and effeciently.
Distribute reports to proper departments/personnel.
Maintain records of all maintenance work performed including parts and supplies used.
Complete vehicle parts inventory quarterly.
Collaborate with other maintenance department employees to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
Notify supervisor of potentially dangerous equipment or situations.
Adhere to Transdev standards, policies and procedures.
Actively participate in required training, including monthly safety meetings.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in office administration, office assistant.
Highly computer literate with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Teams.
Ability and willingness to learn various computer programs.
Must be able to work flexible shifts.
Subject to a federally regulated D.O.T. drug testing and physical, if applicable. D.O.T. Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs or cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
Work inside and outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions, work alone and as part of a team.
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for short distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
Push and pull objects up to 70 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
Withstand heavy traffic areas in a diesel mechanic shop environment
